I come to Hakim one over year ago with an annoying lower back pain, to keep away the pain and at the same time to strengthen my core to supplement as part of my running regime. When I first started training with Coach Hakim, I weighed 151Kilos and lived a very inactive and sedentary life. Through our many training sessions together, what I believed would be a painful and difficult process of losing weight actually became fun and enjoyable. To my surprise, for the first time in my life not only did I begin to like exercising, but it felt like I was addicted to it.
This was only possible due to Coach Hakim’s constant motivation and infectious attitude to exercise.
