Meet Hakim

Fitness trainer

With over 15 years of experience as a certified trainer, ​Hakim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ​Fitlifesg. He holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science ​and has completed various specialized courses. Hakim ​believes that knowledge is a powerful tool that can ​significantly enhance the value we provide to our clients. ​His passion lies in imparting this knowledge and helping ​others achieve their fitness goals.

Registered Nurse


With a Masters in Nursing, she brings her love for research and ​clinical experience to the team. Witnessing a troubling rise in ​chronic illnesses among young individuals in her clinical ​practice inspired her to promote preventive health measures ​through fitness and lifestyle modification.


As working parents, we empathize with the ​challenge of finding time to exercise and ​maintaining a healthy lifestyle in Singapore's ​fast-paced society.

Exercise doesn’t have to be long or boring—it ​just requires consistency.

Our training approach is customized ​to meet diverse fitness goals ​weather it’s strength training, weight ​loss etc, we incorporate functional ​training for seamless movement ​transitions essential in daily ​activities.
