Meet Hakim
Fitness trainer
With over 15 years of experience as a certified trainer, Hakim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Fitlifesg. He holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and has completed various specialized courses. Hakim believes that knowledge is a powerful tool that can significantly enhance the value we provide to our clients. His passion lies in imparting this knowledge and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Registered Nurse
With a Masters in Nursing, she brings her love for research and clinical experience to the team. Witnessing a troubling rise in chronic illnesses among young individuals in her clinical practice inspired her to promote preventive health measures through fitness and lifestyle modification.
As working parents, we empathize with the challenge of finding time to exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in Singapore's fast-paced society.
Exercise doesn’t have to be long or boring—it just requires consistency.
